The Weeknd Brings out Kendrick Lamar on his L.A Concert


Abel Tesfaye known as The Weeknd in the music industry arrived in L.A to perform live in front of thousands of people. Such a big crowd it was! “Is this the biggest party in L.A tonight?” asked the Pop Star.

He started his performance with his most famous track “Starboy.” Indeed, he was a Starboy of the party. The crowd really responded with nonstop screams and shouts. It happened this weekend on Saturday, April 29th.

The Weeknd who usually hide his face in his concerts – now showed up on stage, with a fresh haircut – in front of a big crowd. Fans seemed really excited and ecstatic and they responded in a rightful manner. The Weeknd started occupying the stage while walking up and down – moonwalks in the center of the stage – wearing black top and pants with a gray jacket on and white boots.

After his all time hits “Starboy”, he began performing hits off his latest album including “Six Feet Under”, “Party Monster”, “Rockin” and “Reminder.” It seemed that The Weeknd is here to showcase his smooth and high pitched tones.

Though the crowd was really responsive but it all got to the next level when The Weeknd brought L.A native Kendrick Lamar on the stage. He appeared on the scene to perform his verses on “Sidewalks.” The Weeknd gave him the stage to perform one of his all-time hits “Humble” off his album DAMN. For those who don’t know, DAMN album is topping at No.1 on BillBoard 200 album charts for two weeks.

Going further, The Weeknd performed his verses from the popular tracks including “Crew Love”, “Some Way”, “Or Nah”, and “Low Life.” During the middle of the show, he performed on his recent hits including “Angel” and “True Colors.”

It was time for The Weeknd to remind his fans about his old hits. He performed some of his old tracks including “Acquainted”, “Earned It”, Tell Your Friends”, and “Often.” He also went further back and performed on a track “Wicked Games” from his mixtape “House of Balloons.”

He ended up the show with two of his hit tracks “I Feel It Coming” and “I Can’t Feel My Face.” The stage went black and crowd grasped the signaling that it’s end of the show. But, they didn’t know that The Weeknd will arrive back on stage for the performance of “The Hills.” The crowd also sang along all the lyrics with the Starboy. Such a wonderful crowd it was! The Weeknd added another successful concert to his list of achievements.
